Freebie: New Science Website from Discovery Education

Discovery Education has released another website that is free for everyone to use. The website is a collaboration between Discovery Education and 3M. It is called Science of Everyday Life. Although the website is still being developed, check out the family activities link. There you will find all sorts of downloadable activity sheets with everything from creating a tornado in a bottle to fly fishing to making ice cream in a bag. Make sure that you participate in the survey so that they will include the needs of homeschoolers when the site is completed.

Drop me a line and let me know what you think after you visit the website.
